  The girl from the morning shift was really nice and helpful. She tried to do her best and we really appreciate it.

  The hotel was over booked, so I've not received the rooms I ordered.. instead I have got suite. It wasn't so comfortable to be 5 people in the same room and 1 person needed to sleep on fold-out sofa. At the end they wanted me to pay the full price for two rooms (that is almost double than the suite price)

  Good location, close to Quebec city, ice hotel, skiing.... Nice big room with windows that open. Nice hot tub.

  No fridge in the suite. Also, we stayed for 6 nights and were not too impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning every day

  the location was exactly where we wanted. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly in general.

  The resort talks about the thermal experience on the web site. While the hot bath and cold waterfall are great, but the resort guests have to take their showers in the hotel suits before taking the elevator, then the walkways before you can enjoy the thermal experience. The staff at the spa advised us the shower facilities at the spa is only for day-use outside guests. The hotel did provide bathing robes for us to commute between the thermal facilities and the hotel suit. But still, it would have been a better experience if resort guests can use the showers right by the spa.

  Loved the front desk staff and the maid was really nice, as were the morning breakfast staff. There is a hot tub and sauna outside and the upper patio would be wonderful on a clear night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would gladly stay there again. :-)

  Evening waiter (Martin) was rude and condescending and made a crack about how something was still the same price, implying we were cheap. I was NOT impressed by him.

  Restored hotel with beautiful rooms and a quiet environment.

  They have a spa with outdoor hot tubs and sauna but no bath robes supplied in the rooms, and towels are the size of hand towels.

  Rooms are comfortable, I liked the sauna and beautiful fireplace outside . Hotel has a warmth welcoming feeling. Front desk employees were very helpful and friendly.

  I was hoping for an indoor pool for my four year old, we stayed for 2 nights and no one came to clean our room.

  The Spa manager kept yelling at the children to calm down when they are at the swimming pool. She is expecting the children to play without noise!!!!

  Staff was helpful and friendly.

  They billed me more than the receipt they gave me. My bill was 168 cad and my master card bill says $188 us. Room was sour smelling. Facility was not clean.

  I loved the atmosphere the staff was perfect and the hot tub was excellent . Very clean room and shuttle service proved invaluable

  Sophie was extremely cheerful and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle so that driving and parking in downtown were not a worry. Very quiet .

  needs a coat rack or coat hooks inside the room door for rain jackets and a couple of benches outside would be nice to have while waiting for the shuttle to board.The iron was not user friendly.
